Caviar, Anyone?

The picture you are looking at is from none other than and boy does it actually make us want to splurge (and the fact that Seattle Caviar Co. somehow snagged that URL proves how awesome they must be from the get-go). This local company was started by Seattle natives in 1990 and now supplies the finest restaurants, caterers, and retailers, including the Four Seasons Hotel.

Every week they hold Thursday evening tastings from 5 to 7 pm, so if you’re looking for something fun and different, this is it. Pay only $25 for a glass of champagne, a taste of each variety of caviar available, as well as a “featured amuse-bouche.”

If caviar just isn’t your thing, they also have foie gras & duck and white & black truffles that you can get fresh when they’re in season. All of this mouth-watering goodness has us wishing it was 5pm already.
