Our ‘Nue’ Favorite Spot to Eat

Nue has made just about every “most anticipated restaurant opening” list the past few months and now it’s doors are finally open. It’s nestled on Capitol Hill’s Auto Row and it’s thriving. They serve internationally inspired street food and have a revolving menu based on the season and new travel adventures. Think places like Ethiopia, Latvia, Japan, and Cuba.

The head chef, Chris Cvetkovich, is quite the world traveler himself, trying anything and everything along the way (at least once). 25 years of globe-trotting and tasting have given him an incredibly large bucket to grab ideas from.

Those of you who have a bad itch of wanderlust, but can’t go abroad this instant, Nue is your new sweet spot.
