What should you get your Valentine this year? Needle & Thread.

about1

It’s the week before Valentine’s Day, so if you haven’t made plans for you and your other half, consider this your reminder. Don’t fret; we’re here to help! We’ve found the perfect spot for you to try something a little bit different this year. Needle & Thread is the super tiny, secret bar hidden behind a vault door next to an old rotary phone inside of Capitol Hill’s Tavern Law. After you give them the password, you’re guided up a spiraling staircase and land in a 1920’s speakeasy. Tell the bartender your choice of spirit, and your favorite flavors, and a cocktail creation of their own will be placed in front of you. This is a great “date night” type of place with dim lighting, giving it an über romantic vibe. Whether you decide to spend V-Day here or check it out some other night, you’ll enjoy a red-hot trip back to the roaring twenties. Insider tip: it can get quite warm in this cozy spot, so dress accordingly.
