Calling all gluten-free lovers and livers, there is now a brewery just for you! Ghostfish Brewing Company recently opened up their doors in SODO, being the first and only gluten-free dedicated brewery in Seattle. Instead of brewing with barley, they use millet and buckwheat, and even serve gluten-free pizza in their taproom. They’re open Tuesday-Saturday, 3-9 pm. What are you waiting for?
