Seattle’s Newest Hot Spot for Renters

Last night we got a sneak peak of Premiere on Pine, Seattle’s newest luxury apartment hot spot. Windermere happens to be leasing the building’s 42 penthouse units which are conveniently located right across the street from the Paramount, right in the heart of downtown Seattle. Here’s the  only thing you need to know about these apartments: every single one has views that kill. Seriously. Imagine yourself sitting in your own little snow globe looking out at the city, and the world beyond (although picture rain instead of snow, obviously). Penthouse units come in one, two, and three bedrooms, and range from high $3,000s to high $6000s a month. Head up to the top floor, FORTY@400, for sun bathing, star gazing, dinner parties, late night cocktails, you name it. We think the amenities  could rival even the trendiest of hotels. Oh and did we mention the building’s custom scent? Yes, you read that right, CUSTOM SCENT. It smells like a cross between homemade chocolate chip cookies and the inside of a brand new Lamborghini. Every resident will get a candle that smells like this custom scent too. There’s no doubt Premiere on Pine will be the best smelling building in the city. That goes for the residents too. FullSizeRender (3)

And if it couldn’t get any better than that, this building is also pet friendly. With a dog lounge that can’t be beat and a running space for your furry friend, consider Premiere on Pine a little dog oasis. If there’s a spot your pooch can be happy and comfortable while living the big city life, this is it. FullSizeRender (4)
