Seattle’s Newest Farmers Market
It’s getting to be that time of year where we welcome the outdoors with open arms. A fun way to get out and about is going to your local Farmer’s Market and we know just the one you should check out. Opening June 6 is the Terry Avenue Saturday Market in the little district of South Lake Union. Hours will be 10am to 3pm, and will run through October 3. Going for a new mix of farmers market, they’ll showcase 50 local booths with handcrafted items, street food, and plenty of scrumptious produce. Among the booths are pickles from Seattle Pickle Company, sheep’s milk cheeses from Glendale Shepherd, ice pops from Six Strawberries, pour-overs from Convoy Coffee, and Hayton Farms berries….is it June 6 yet?!
