In other random (but really exciting) Seattle news, the Fairmont Olympic has teamed up with Seattle Cider Company to make Olympic Honey Cider, made with honey extracted from the Fairmont’s rooftop apiary. It will be available at the hotel’s Shucker’s and Terrace Lounge. They’ve been at it for months, adjusting and making sure it’s nothing but perfect. To further celebrate their roof to table theme, they’ve also created a five-course meal at The Georgian from August 1-August 31.
