Soi Brings Authenticity to Cap Hill
Craving something new? Soi on Capitol Hill is bringing authenticity to our city in the form of delicious Thai food. Their focus is the cuisine from the Northeastern plateau region of Thailand called Issan. Soi believes that Seattle deserves more than your typical, generic Thai food and we aren’t the kind to disagree!
Though their focus is on Issan Style Thai food, they also provide food from five different regions, such as Nahm Khao Tod (Crispy Rice Salad), Som Tum Issan (Papaya Salad), and Kor Moo Yahng (BBQ’s pork collar) from Issan, Khao Soi (curry noodle soup) and Pad Ped Pla (stir-fired cat fish in a non-coconut milk curry) from Chiang Mai in the North, Gai Yahng (BBQ’d chicken on an actual rotisserie), and Kor Moo Krob (crispy pork belly) from central Thailand.
Discover what it’s really like to eat in Thailand in this modern, airy space for lunch, dinner, and happy hour. Actually, their happy hour is one of our favorites. Located at 10th and Union, Soi’s happy hour is daily from 3-6pm, Sun-Thurs 10-11pm and Fri/Sat 10pm-midnight! Perfect for those late night munchies (and their drink menu isn’t bad either).
