Seattle Farmers Markets Guide

Farmers markets have traditionally been a gathering of the tribe as much as a collection of freshly harvested fruits and vegetables.  In recent years the culture and excitement behind farmers markets has expanded to become kind of a low-key celebration of urban community and country food. It’s a place to eat, drink, enjoy music and network with neighbors. So grab your tote bags and head out to one or more of Seattle’s fantastic markets!

Elan Uptown Flats

Queen Anne is about to get a new development called Elan Uptown Flats. This two-building complex will be seven stories high with 168 residential units and 14 live/works spaces. The site is located at 300 1st Ave West and will have a variety of units up for grabs, including: studio, one-bed, two-bed, and three-bed. Perhaps even more importantly, Elan Uptown Flats will have a 142-space underground parking garage. On Queen Anne, where parking is at a premium, this is like striking gold. Given the location and the hot real estate market in Seattle right now, we bet these units will sell like hot cakes.

Queen Anne

$11,888,000 | 6-9 Units | Multifamily

For the first time in 19 years, this rare beauty is on the market. Built in 1905, this Seattle landmark, or the Gable House, began as one of this city’s largest mansions. With the view as precious as Kerry Park and a 100 year-old timeless style, it really doesn’t get more elegant than this.
